Amococo Luminarium

During the week of May 11-15 Oakland hosted the Pittsburgh International Children’s Fair. One of the main attractions at the festival was the Amococo Luminarium. An inflatable piece of architectural work, the structure, designed by Architects of Air, is a traveling exhibit displayed at events and locals all over the world. The structure has no lighting inside and is lit entirely by external light. At the time I was there, the weather was cloudy and it even down poured while my friends and I were inside. Even then the interior was pretty well lit. I wonder how bright it wold have been if it was sunny outside.
